Report a child safety concern
Use Rossy's in-app report tool first. For escalation, contact LANMERG. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
Rossy strictly prohibits any content, communication, account, or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a person under 18. This prohibition applies regardless of whether conduct is presented as humor, fantasy, role-play, art, self-generated content, or private communication.
Violations may result in immediate content removal, account restriction or permanent termination, preservation of relevant records, and reports to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), law enforcement, or another competent authority where required or appropriate.
Rossy is strictly 18+
You must be at least 18 and have reached the legal age of majority where you live. Rossy is not designed for, directed to, or available to children. Parental or guardian consent does not make a minor eligible.
We may investigate suspected underage accounts and apply age assurance or verification measures. Accounts reasonably determined to belong to minors may be restricted and removed.
What these standards cover
Prohibited examples
- Creating, uploading, requesting, viewing, possessing, distributing, selling, or linking to CSAM.
- Grooming a child, building trust for sexual purposes, or moving a child to another service for exploitation.
- Sextortion, sexual blackmail, threats, or coercion involving a minor.
- Sexualizing a minor, soliciting sexual content from a minor, or engaging in sexual role-play involving minors.
- Facilitating child trafficking, paid sexual activity involving minors, or introductions for exploitation.
- Impersonating a minor or misrepresenting age to facilitate sexual contact or evade safety controls.
- Sharing personal information to locate, target, intimidate, or endanger a child.
Reporting and blocking inside Rossy
Rossy provides an in-app mechanism for reporting users, profiles, messages, calls, or content, together with a separate blocking control. These tools should be readily accessible from the relevant profile, conversation, or content menu.
- Open the relevant profile, chat, call record, or content menu.
- Select Report and choose the closest child safety reason.
- Add factual context without downloading or redistributing illegal material.
- Submit the report, then use Block to stop further contact.

How Rossy responds
We assess reports based on urgency, available context, user safety, applicable law, and evidence integrity. Our response may include:
We may not disclose investigation details, evidence, reporter identity, or the precise action taken where doing so could compromise safety, privacy, legal obligations, or platform security. Knowingly false or malicious reports may themselves violate the Terms of Use.
Evidence, privacy, and retention
Child safety reports and related records are handled under the Privacy Policy. We limit access, preserve relevant information where necessary, and retain records for investigation, repeat-offender prevention, legal compliance, and cooperation with authorities.
We may retain safety records after account deletion when reasonably necessary for these purposes. A deletion request does not require us to destroy evidence we must or are permitted to preserve by law.
Legal compliance and prevention
LANMERG intends to comply with applicable child safety laws and lawful orders. We may cooperate with NCMEC, law enforcement, regulators, emergency services, app stores, and qualified child protection organizations.
We use moderation, account restrictions, reporting tools, blocking, safety signals, and product controls to reduce risk. No control is perfect; users and guardians should report suspected harm promptly.
Enforcement, appeals, and updates
Serious child safety violations generally result in permanent account termination. Where appropriate and legally permitted, a user may contact techlanmerg@gmail.com to request review of an enforcement decision. An appeal does not restore removed content or suspend urgent protective action.
We may update these standards as Rossy, technology, and legal requirements change. The effective date below identifies the current published version.
